Park Hoping - 2PM or 1PM or Earlier

I thought I have seen resently that you can enter your second park of the day now at 1 PM instead of 2PM. Is that correct?

Whatever the entrance time in, what has been your expeirnce in getting in earlier than the poasted tiem?

It is still 2. People have reported getting in around 1:45-1:50 at times, though it isn't consistent or guaranteed to get in early.
