so we're thinking of wearing something that says we're married that day. would disney parks allow that? I know they don't allow formal wears but sure about printed words.

You can definetly wear t-shirts that say you were just married, etc. Disney will have no problem with that. And don't forget to get the pin from guest relations, and wear the bride and groom hats!

i bought us, our parents & wedding party tshirts for wdw through disneydirect.com. ours has mickey & minnie in their wedding attire & says Bride for mine, Groom for my fi's & has our wedding date March 21st, 2006.

like hmgolden already suggested they also have bride & groom hats & pins. enjoy!

38 days to go! :bride:

Those groom hats are way to small for most guys. I suggest what one of the other couples on the board did, even me and my DF are doing this. Order the bride and groom ball caps from oriental trading and then buy the disney bride and groom hats. Take the ears off of both of the disney hats and sew and hot glue gun them onto the ball caps. That way the hats you wear will be much more comfortable and your bride won't have to pin her hat to her head. :thumbsup2

I saw those on clearance month ago. but now I guess they just use zazzle to make custom tees, a quick search didn't yield any bride&groom mickey&minnie shirts though.

but u sure can make your own disney shirt design on zazzle, probably looks better :thumbsup2

lol yeh we saw those caps on OT before...that idea didn't fly with DF, but we're not hat wearers anyways. dont want it to mess up our hair :teeth:
but the ear swap trick is genious!

Does anyone know if there is a rule about wearing your wedding dress out and about after your wedding? I was thinking about going to PI after, since I'm not having a reception. :woohoo: :dancer: Do they allow this? I guess I never thought about that.

I don't think there's rule about it at PI, BUT I would probably be concerned about the dress gets mess up with the crowd there :o

I had these shirts made. Disney personalization, from disneydirect.com

Thank You for the quick response:) Yea, That's true about my dress. I'm planing on getting one that bustles so it wont sweep the floor or get steeped on. Hopefully that will do the trick. But hey, if it gets messed up at least that means I had lots of FUN!

Do they actually tell you to change if you try to go to certain places wearing wedding attire? If so were?
