Park/Dining Schedule Spreadsheets for Planning Binder

I once saw someone post an Excel spreadsheet they used to lay out their park and dining itenerary. Of course I can't find it now! If you posted one in the past or have something similar, please post here!

It lists plan for the day, any meal reservations (with confirmation numbers) and other important info I want to put down such as what night I want to see Illuminations, what night Fantasmic is offered, Extra Magic Hours....
