Park Capacity question...please? Oh and ticket ? also.

This will be my second trip to Disneyland...yeah. Unfortunately it has to be during our school break for Easter.

If we leave Disneyland in the afternoon to take a break and they CLOSE the park due to capacity (and what is the chance of this happening?) I intend to go over to DCA. My question is-will the CM at DCA be able to tell me when DL opens up again? I figure it should thin out as it gets later and later ... no? (DL open till midnight).

I dont want to walk all the way back to DL only to find out that they are still not letting people in.....no I am not lazy.....just getting old I guess.


Now for my ticket question....if we buy the ticket on sale now which is adult at child prices.....do they expire at the end of April whether we use them or not? Or do they expire 14 days from first use?

chances are very slim that they will be at capacity during the Easter break. I've only heard of a few times it reached capacity and it wasn't because it was Easter break.
