Park Bags

I know im 99 days out from mt trip but i need something to do. So im just wondering what type of bags you take to the parks. Im looking for something fairly small but able to hold maybe a small umbrella or a waterbottle. Also hoping that it comes in bright colours, a neat print or something to do with Disney. I'm looking more for like a bag that can go around my neck so i dont need to worry about it slipping down my arm every 30 seconds.

Just looking for some ideas and suggestions!

Mine has the same print as this one. Its fun and summerish. Its a good summer bag. It would also work in WDW

Mine goes over the shoulder like a messenger bag. I could easily hold my wallet, an autograph book, a pen, an umbrella, my kindle and a bottle of water.

I use drawstring bags. They work really good! You can get them all over disney I think. I have 2. One is black with Jack Skellington on it. I got that one from the villian store in HS. The other one is black too, but with Mickey and other characters. That one we got from our hotel. It was one of those things where you spend this amount of money, you get like something free.

PrincessKelz- That is a really nice bag! i would love to have it but i think the price is a little to much.

GoofyGirlxoxo- yes i have used drawstring bags before and that is in my mind as a choice all the time.

my favorite is the vera bradley backsack. i have it in mod floral blue and its a really nice pattern and it holds a lot. its also a drawstring bag. check www.verabradley.com because they have a lot of nice bags in cute patterns and there not overly expensive!

Do you have the tote bag or hand bag?

i have a large tote bag and a smaller one which i could use in disney but i dont. what i use in disney is the backsack heres a picture:

i have it in a different pattern though.

im not sure if they still sell it on the website but amazon and ebay have it!

I use a Vera Bradley hipster. It's awesome and just the right size. It doesn't look too big and bulky, but it holds A LOT. It could easily hold an umbrella (one of those that fold up small) and a waterbottle.

I used it on my trip to WDW in January and I managed to fit a bunch of stuff in the bag. I was able to fit my wallet, my mom's visor, a bottle of water, a small tube of sunscreen, and a drawstring backpack inside. It was cold when we went, so we'd wear light jackets and when we got too hot we'd put them inside the drawstring backpack and carry them around that way, and when we weren't using the drawstring backpack we put it inside my bag (the hipster).

The hipster I have is a little different from the one they sell now (they just recently changed the design), but it's still the same size.

I'd definitely reccomend it!

I got the bag for Christmas and I use it all the time - I use it every day in the summer. I use it as my regular purse and I can fit everything in it without it feeling too bulky. The fact that the bag is very durable and can be used on a day-to-day basis may help you with persuading your mom

Also, since Vera Bradley just released a bunch of new patterns and retired others, you may be able to find some of the older colors in the old style on eBay for a little bit cheaper. I have the old style in one of the newly-retired colors and, as I said, the new style is the same size as the old style, the design is just a little bit different. Just another option for getting the bag for cheaper

yes i was thinking of looking on Ebay so i will have to do the tonight. And i would probably also use it every day too. im sure if we can find the bag for the right price that my mom will let me get it. thanks!

I (like others) have the Hipster by Vera Bradley.
It fit my full size plastic water bottle, sunscreen, phone, camera, my big wallet (VB all in one), sometimes snacks haha and tons of other things.
I love all the pockets and stuff, and it kept everything dry which was awesome.
I loved that it went across my body and I didn't have to take if off for rides or worry about it falling off my arm. It's great.
I highly recommend this bag for WDW and everyday use.

I love it! it is water proof, colourful and is not to big and not to small. it should hold all my stuff in it too.

our family uses phanny packs
(sorryy if spelled wrong)
i have no i dea how but my mom can fit 4 water bottles and albuetrol in it
if i carry one also(rare) i would carry an umbrella and 2 water bottles
i know they go around the waist but they are hardly ever lost
