Paring cheaper after certain time in evening?

I've looked on SW's and Aquatica's websites and cannot find this, so maybe they don't offer it. Does anyone know if there is a discounted parking rate for going to the park in the evenings, like Univeresal has $5 parking after 6...

When we were there last week we arrived at 8pm and there was no one manning the parking lot. Not sure what time that happens.
