Parents opionions please, wdw & us?

Taking nephew for first trip to disney (9yr old with adhd), wondering if staying at both would be too much, for this trip. We are going for over 2 weeks and thought about going to US for 3 days of the trip, but don't want to overload.

I think that there is so much to do..and the hardest part is probably going to be the lines. Make sure to utilize the FP system at Disney.
If you can I would suggest staying two or three days at Universal on one of the on-site properties when you stay on-site you get to show your room key and go the FP line of all the attractions. We did this and it was well worth it. We stayed at Hard Rock..great pool

I second the suggestion about staying at Universal during that part of the trip. You cannot beat that Front-of-the-line pass. And their transportation is great - actually faster than driving.

If you are going for 3 weeks, I don't think this will overload the kid, but I don't know didly about Attention-Deficit stuff.

Would only go to US with FOTL. It is well worth the move. (with or without nephew). Love the PBH.

Your nephew will do fine! Both of my boys have ADD, one of them has ADHD, and they have no trouble in amusement parks, as long as you don't try to make them sit down and read a book in the middle of it! Just make sure to pace yourselves, and I absolutely agree with staying in a Universal Resort, if you can swing it. We'll never do the Universal parks without it, unless we're there at an absolutely dead time of year.
