Parents 30th Anniversary

Hi All!

My parents are heading to DLP in April for their 30th Wedding Anniversary they also went for their 25th 5 years ago! They are staying in the DLH and I wondered if it would be possible for me to organise for some pixie dust for them. They didn't have this for their 25th as I knew nothing about it, but I'm keen to make it extra special for them this year.
Mum is a huge DLP fan, she came with me last year and stayed in the Santa Fe and she's going again next year with me for a birthday trip to stay in the DLH.

My question though is can I organise something even though they've booked through Thomas Cook and how far in advance should I be e-mailing?

if they booked through Thomas Cook, their names won't be on the room allocations for their Disney hotel until around 3 days before they check in.

So you could either email DLP now and explain what a special trip it is for your parents, giving the lead name on the booking and the Thomas Cook booking number, or you could wait until 3 days before and email DLP then, when they'll have the names confirmed by Thomas Cook on their room allocation system.

Thank you DLPdaft, I had a feeling the room would just be booked to Thomas Cook with no details yet. Thanks for letting me know when they're likely to have the information. I guess I can find the e-mail address for dlph on the useful info thread or is there a better 'cenral' dlp e-mail?
