Parcels sent to resort

I’m in the U.K. -
However not for long!
On 5/5 we arrive at okw.

I ordered 4 items from Disneystore.com-
to be delivered to okw for collection upon our arrival.

However, they have split the order and it appears the order is being delivered in 4 separate packages.

My concern is this;
Will we be charged 4 ‘collection fees’
Even though it’s only essentially one order?
And from Disney too!

So just to expand and clarify a bit...

• The Disney Store will charge you 1 shipping fee, even though they split the order into 4 packages.
• Your WDW resort will charge 4 package fees for receiving/holding 4 boxes on your behalf. The resort has no idea it was 1 order and probably don't even realize all 4 aren't from different vendors/locations.

While both are "Disney" companies, they are separate entities. Its essentially the same as ordering something from Amazon to be shipped to a Marriott -- totally unrelated businesses. Sometimes when ordering multiple items online you can request that all be shipped together. My guess is your 4 items are coming out of 4 different warehouses.
