Parc Corniche Suites?

Looking for any feedback on Parc Corniche Suites as friends have just booked to stay there. I think they said it's quite near to International Drive and Seaworld.

Does anyone know this accommodation?

Stayed there before & really enjoyed it. Well located 1 or 2 bedroom suites. Looked at one recently as a friend was staying there & thought his suite was looking a little tired which was a shame because with a little tlc it could have been really nice. The golf course surrounding the buildings is being re-done & is closed at present but most have nice views of it. Free breakfast also, but don't expect full english!
