No, there is not. We ended up going with a company out of Honolulu that my sister found on groupon for a ride for my DS's bday.

I think it was Hawaiian Parasail. The reservation was for later in the afternoon so we went to Pearl Harbor in the morning and grabbed lunch at Nico's at Pier 38 (best Ahi Poke!!) before heading there.
