I've read conflicting info on parasailing with kids and want to get it straight before I promise something to my DD I can't deliver. I've read that kids have to be at least 90 lbs. My DD(11) weighs 72. If she tandem parasails with me, does it matter if she's under the weight limit? She would definitely not be going solo!
Thanks,
Michele

The minimum weight is only if they're going alone. My DS was 50 pounds and he was allowed to go in tandem with DH. Now he actually chickened out and didn't go, but they would have let him.

I had to call the reservation department with this same question myself.

The minimum weight is 90 lbs., however, if someone (your DD) goes tandem then it doesn't matter. (as long as one of you are 90 lbs.)

Hope that helps, we cannot wait to try out the parasailing!!

Thanks for the responses!! She's going to be so excited. And I wish I could say I was closer to 90 lbs than she is, but unfortunately, I can't:rolleyes: !
