Paradiso 37 Opening Date?

Does anyone know when Paradiso 37, the new Latin restaurant at Downtown Disney is scheduled to open?

There was one report on this board that it's been pushed back to the "end of May" due to construction delays, with no specific date given.

I've got my fingers crossed that it is open next weekend, but I'm not counting on it. I will report back when we return June 1 if nobody has heard anything before then.
