what is the distance to the parks from Paradise Pier and how long does it take? Also what is path to walk there? How does this walk compare with Disneyland hotel? Thanks!

It's approximately a 15 minute walk from Paradise to Disneyland versus about 10 minute for the Disneyland Hotel. There is a path and then you go through security and walk through downtown disney. For DLH you just walk through security and then through Downtown Disney. You can also catch the monorail which will save you considerable time if you are heading to that area of the park anyways. Its not too bad in the morning but it seems sooooo long after a day in the parks

Nowadays you have to walk from PPH along the path to DLH and go through security there. Not too long but longer than when you could go through GCH.

To go to the parks you'll have to follow this route through DTD to the parks.
Security is at the end of DTD by the Earl Of Sandwich


When you are returning to PPH you are able to use the GCH as a short cut.

I have stayed at Disneyland hotel. I want to stay somewhere that is around the same niceness at that hotel and as close to the parks as possible. I would like to stay somewhere a little more reasonable as far as price if possible. Any suggestions?
