Paradise PIer Hotel?

Has anyone stayed there who also stayed there when it was either the Disnay Pacific or the Pan Pacific Hotel? Has it changed that much or is it only the outside?

I stayed there a few months ago and it was a very enjoyable stay. I can't compare it to the way it was because that was the first time I stayed there. The room was big and comfortable and we had a good view of the not quite finished DCA park.
