My family likes Paradise Garden Grill v much. It is a refreshing break from the usual hamburger/fries/pizza fare typically offered at amusement parks. We like the chicken skewers and the tofu/vegetable skewers the best, and all the sauces are good (though I am most partial to the Tandori-spiced yogurt sauce which is wonderfully tangy). The ground beef skewers come in third and are OK, but we stay away from the grilled steak skewers as those are typically too dry. All skewers (which have a generous portion of protein) come with fluffy rice pilaf, a refreshing cucumber salad and warm pita bread. You can get your sauce on the side if you want to control how much covers your plate. The portions are generous (well for my family anyway - bigger appetites may disagree), and again we appreciate eating a meal that isn't greasy and loaded with fat. Also the atmosphere is relaxing with plenty of shaded seating (no jockeying for a table as can happen during busy times at places like Tomorrowland Terrace). Often there are musicians playing in the gazebo in the center of the garden. All around it is one of our go-to eateries in DCA.
