Parades, Fireworks and Xmas Stuff

Hi,
My family and I are visiting Universal (both parks in one day) on 19 December. We know a lot about Disney but not much about Universal.

Are there and Parades or Fireworks (or similar nightime shows) at Universal? The Park is open until 8pm on that day.

Also, are there likely to be any Xmas related extras at that time of year?

Edit: just thought of something else - our two daughters are autistic, is there anything similar to the Disney former Guest Assistance programme?
