Parades at WDS??

My brit guides says there a movies parade in the middle of the day and a good morning one.

But the internet says there's only the HSM one....whose lying?

There used to be a parade, but that stopped earlier this year. So HSM is the only parade like thing running this year (not sure if goodmorning is still going). We will having WDW's Stars and Motorcars Parade next year, and a good source tells me we may even see it as early as Christmas this year. Hope that helps.

HSM1 runs in the mornings (well, around noon) and then HSM2 in the afternoons... You should go and see them both - it's great!

I would...but Jack has said if I do then he'll go off and go on PM without me. That's how much he hates HSM. Lol. What a misery.

I;d quite like to see it though, and I'm sure if we're tired and its on he wont mind stopping for a few mins.

The Studios have loads of little shows/parades now.

Its true, there is no main parade in the Studios now. It stopped in March this year.

However, in summer anyway (was there when we were at the start of this month) there is Good Morning Fantasyland, which is a mini-parade. There is also the Toon train - a very cute mini-parade (this is on 3 times a day). HSM and HSM 2 are on 2 or 3 times per day, and theres also the show with cast members and audience participation near Cinemagique - I can't remember what its called, but its great to watch. Thats on more than once a day too.

Add to that the Stitch Live show, Animagique, Cinemagique etc, and you could easily spend most of the day in the Studios without going near a ride .

The parade def started by the gates at IASW in Oct. I doubt it would have changed

(I'm not thread stalking you, honest!)

They did try it this way a couple of years ago, and also turned around Fantillusion, which use to run from Main Street to IASW. The theory being that the crowds would "follow" the afternoon parade back into the park, and "follow" the nighttime one out. I believe that this change caused more technical hitches, particularly to Fantillusion, so they reverted them back to their original directions.

I would never have known that

I didn't even think about it last year, we went straight from the Enchanted Candelabration to the castle stage so we were very lucky it came from IASW, otherwise we would've had a long wait.
