Parade/fireworks reserved area for hotel guest

Hotel guest has access to reserved area for parades and fireworks.
I have emailed HKDL guest services and the reply was it will only be arranged on the day so they can't tell where it is going to be. Wow.
Does anyone know where is the reserved area is ?

Hong kong is not as crazy as the other parks so no need for all the planning. Depending on when you are going, you likely won't need a reserved area to get a good spot. We were there in March and literally walked up to the front of a rope spot when the parade had already started.

Yes, I do read that most blogs mentioned low crowds and I was expecting that.
But looking at wait times past weeks certainly did not look at so.
My guess is that it's school holidays now, and unfortunately I will be going in December at the start of their school holidays. :-(
