Hi

We have a group of 14 with older and younger folks.

Will be at the Halloween Party in October.

Is there a location where we can all see/maybe even sit down?!
Is the train station still open?
Firehouse?
Deck Tony's town square?

I don't mind planting a group of us somewhere an hour before...
Also, if we can just stay there for the fireworks after - is that possible too?

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thank you

Does the group want to see the castle (the projections are only on the front side of the castle)? If so sitting is out of the question unless you book the seated terrace dessert party.

Open to all options but we're talking about parade and fireworks - hopefully in same spot-

The only way to get designated seating for the fireworks is to book the terrace dessert party. You can certainly find curbs to sit on for the parade, however, none of them have a direct view of the castle for the fireworks. Perhaps consider finding a place on a curb on Main St. for the parade and simply standing up to face the castle afterward or vice versa - stand for the fireworks and then find a place to sit on the curb for the 2nd parade. The train station is used only for VIP tour viewing of the parade during MNSSHP and Tony's/firestation have no view of the fireworks.

How can one get VIP on train station? Are there rocking chairs on Tony's porch - can you see the parade from there?

You would have to book a VIP tour which costs thousands of dollars and accommodates up to 10 people - there also isn't a lot of seating up there and it's only used for the parades, not fireworks viewing (at least that's what was allowed in the past few years we have done it - we have always had to stand up there). https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/private-vip-tours/

Not sure about seating at Tony's, but you won't be able to see fireworks from there.

Do we know the schedule for for Halloween? Can we plant ourselves somewhere and see the parade and fireworks with out having to leave the spit?

Do you need an actual seat or does the ground/curb work? If curb works you can sit on main st. (close to Casey's would probably be best view). The views won't be perfect for castle part of fireworks and you'll need to stand during fireworks but can sit while you wait and sit with great viewing for parade although it'll be crowded.

I saw some one of FB post about sitting at the end of main street by the flag pole. Anyone have experience with that location?
So if you're on the curb no one can then stand in front of you?

If you are seated on a curb, no one can stand in front of you for the parade - they keep the street area clear for the safety of cast and guests. People stand on the street areas for the fireworks, but the further back you are on Main St., the less crowds you will encounter as most people go into the hub area for a closer view. Sitting on a curb at the end of Main St. (near the flagpole) is a good strategy for the parade and you will be able to see fireworks from there, but there is no guarantee someone won't stand or walk in front of you during the fireworks - they only clear the streets for the parade.
