Parade Coming back to Epcot

Somewhere I read that a parade is coming back to epcot. If it is when? and where? if someone knows thanks in advance.

There will be a parade in Epcot ... sometime. Nothing is currently on the drawing boards, and nothing is in the wings to open any time soon. Many concepts are being bandied about.

I read somewhere that it was going to be a parade like no parade before. It was described more as a rolling theater production. Each float would be a set for a scene of the production. The parade would stop numerous times to allow the story to unfold. It sounded really wonderful! I hope it is still in the works!

I'll keep looking for more info.

I would think by now something would have been heard or seen.

That was actually a concept that was being looked at quite some time ago for the Studios. Epcot's promenade isn't conducive to a "stop and start" type of parade -- traffic flow is too difficult. That particular concept is still on a drawing board somewhere, but for Studios in the future ... not Epcot.
