Will I get to see starlight at all Christmas week?

The schedule has not been updated for that week, so I would check back in later for the parade times once they are posted on the WDW website. For sure though on the December 16, 18, 19 and 21, there won't be the parade at night due to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

I think the Parade is an afternoon parade for Xmas Week .
Maybe they will have Starlight for nighttime viewing but that seems like a lot to coordinate for Main Street… do they currently offer 2 parades in one day ?

Back when there was both Festival of Fantasy parade and MSEP, during Christmas week they’d stop playing FoF after adding in the Christmas parade. They used to run 4 parades each day that week.

If they follow a similar type of schedule this year, should be something like:



The Christmas Parade should run twice. Then Startlight would also run twice at night (at minimum should run at least once). Festival of Fantasy parade will likely be put on hold that week.

Anyone know what day the Christmas parade will start? I’m not sure if it’s only party nights.

Just guessing but the previous post mentioned a Mickeys Very Merry Party on Sunday12/21 so I am guessing Monday the 22 will be the beginning for locals and AP holders to experience the Parade for holiday week . I also mentioned earlier from memory it seems like it was only offered during daylight hours .
Now I am wondering if Santa appears in parade after Xmas Day or if the 24th is the final day for the holiday parade w/ Santa
That would only give a few days and would be crazy crowded !
But they also have to prepare for New Years Eve crowds.& events.

I am going to try to enter MK for Halloween and return for the next day to see if the decorated holiday tree has arrived during the night …
I have seen photos online of the DL Castle already covered with snow before Halloween but when I lived in Omaha one year it snowed while I was trick or treating with my children .
