How many different attachments is average to deal with from each broker?

I swear each contract i buy they add more every time. lol
And I'm sure I did some that were electronic, is it not possible to do digitally??

I'm starting to rethink my buy a bunch of small contracts, just to avoid the hassle, id rather just pay more and have less, but bigger contracts.

Does 16 attachments seem normal to you?

Im getting ready to sign on a small one. I'll count the pages compared to my last. I do know that my CCV broker it was tiny.. like 2 pages.

I've bought and sold with several different brokers and I think it's always been a single large attachment with all the different documents in there.

Yea, its closing... i just don't remember this much hassle the first few times. Makes me wonder if its certain brokers, or something i can try to avoid in the future.

Ive never bought with this broker. But https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/ had way more than https://www.dvcbyresale.com/ the latter my closing docs were 2 pages.
