Paperwork sent to hotel? Should I worry?

We are arriving at DL in 2 weeks and have no paper work yet.

I just got off the phone with Disney Travel adn they said because of the free clock out paper work was being sent to the hotel and will be waiting for us there.


They knew about the clock a long time ago and still told me we would be getting our paper work via fedex.

Should I be worried and expect problems when I get there?
