Paper tickets from 2005

I have a free dining package for December. I booked two day park hoppers which was the requirement for the 6 day package. Tonight I tried to add non expiring park hoppers from 2005 to MDE so I could book my FP+. The site said I needed to call the info in vs. doing it online. After giving the CM the #'s from the tickets, she told me I needed to know the date I purchased them and the credit card #. Didn't know that from 10 years ago!! So I needed to add park hoppers to my package so I could book my FP+. Well, guess I have a good reason to go back again...I will get a hard ticket for the old tickets, then next trip I can add them to MDE.
