OK.... Where are all the places that you can activate your PAP vouchers? How long are they active?

Any park ticket window (theme park or water park) or guest relations location (theme park, water park or Downtown Disney). If it's a voucher from the $399 PAP promo it must be activated by 12/31/2013, otherwise they don't expire.

There are Guest Relation Locations outside and inside each of the Theme Parks. Total time will vary depending on how many PAPs you have to activate, but really shouldn't take much more than 10 to 15 minutes for 1 or 2 PAPs. You will need your DVC Member ID Card and photo IDs for all adults (ages 18 +).

Is there a redemption place at the back of Epcot? We are staying at BCV and going to Epcot the first day. Do not remember there being a ticket window at the back.

Yes, there is a ticket window at the International Gateway at Epcot (the back entrance).
