I am going to Disney on October 23, 2005 when should I order my PAP I am so confused do they start the day I order or the day I pick them up?? thanks Kim

The only time they start the day you buy them is when you are standing in Florida at a park ticket booth, Guest Relations location, mall shop location or at the airport.

Any other means of purchasing them (mail, web site, phone) will generate one of two things: your choice of a voucher mailed to you that needs to be exchanged for the activated AP at WDW or a will call order that can be picked up at Guest Relations when you get there. In either of these cases, the year starts the day you exchange voucher/pick up will call.

If you plan to take advantage of the Best Rate Program, do NOT order Will Call.

The Best Rate Program is the new method that Walt Disney World has implemented for booking Annual Passholder discounted rooms. You MUST have an active pass, or a voucher in order to book. If you order your Annual Pass via will-call, you won't get the voucher to book.
