PAP discounts.

Just surprised at how many places in DL/DCA give PAP discounts compared to our PAP's at WDW. This is our 1st year having the premium passes at DL/DCA and it seems like everywhere we have eaten and shopped offer discounts. It really adds up and a nice perk to have.

PAPs give discounts at most places, including Downtown disney. It never hurts to show it off, even some of the places you would expect didn't have a discount do. Only main area that doesn't is counter service (but buffeteria does)

There are a few counter sevice places that offer a discount--Taste Pilots in DCA is one. I believe the places on the wharf do also for purchases over $10. All the stores/pin carts inside the parks give one so long as your purchase is over $10. You get 15% off in the sit-down restaurants inside the parks and 10% at the hotel restaurants. World of Disney and the DTD pin cart also give the 10% discount. There are also a number of discounts at other DTD shops and restaurants. I was lucky and able ro renew right before they raised the prices and I'm sure mine has paid for itself already.

Yep, it's great! We had WDW AP holders with us on our last trip and all they could say everywhere was "I can't believe you get a discount!" Even at LaBrea Bakery when I went for a latte the counter gal pointed out my AP and insisted I get my discount!
