PAP being added to My Disney Experience

Figured I would ask here before calling and being on hold for 20 mins. :). 2 days ago I bought 4 PAPs over the phone. She said they would be all linked up with MDE. I actually got 3 emails saying they were..one for my hubby and one each for my daughters...but not an email for me. And when I sign into MDE I dont see anything there. No passes, no DVC reservation...nothing. Anybody have any insight to this? Or should I just call. (Btw, Im in Germany...the time change is always a pain eith calling...grrrr)
 
Hav you got a will-call voucher? If so, you should be able to use the refernce number on that to link your ticket to MDE.
 
I think you have to put your resie# in to link it and then the will call (or confirmation)# for the PAPs and link those. I had to put the numbers in for mine, but I had my PAPs before the whole MDE/FP+ stuff. Though when my inlaws bought park hoppers, we had to input their confirmation #s to link them in.
 
After trying over several days to link my DVC PAPs using the confirmation number, I had to call the number that popped up with the error message and get someone in MDE website support to link them. It took a little time, but was settled in one phone call.

Hmmm...I will try the conf #. If not, guess I will be calling.
 
Nothing worked for me. I used my willcall numer and tried to put it where it tells you to put ticket number...that didnt work. I dont see anywhere else to input it. :/

You need to have separate confirmation or will cal # for each person (each AP)...so you had to buy each AP separately and not as a group of 4 with just one con/will call #.

I bought all at once and was given one willcall number. But that number didnt work when I tried to add.

We just got back. I was not able to link my PAP to the MDE or my magic band. Guest Relations told me to not even try as it was still not all worked out

We have MagicBands from prior stays and our APs have been linked to our MDE profiles since last June and have not had any issues with them.
 
I bought one DVC PAP this afternoon and was able to link it to MDE using the will call number provided and make fast passes immediately.

Yes! I am pretty sure as my inlaws bought 5 hoppers and we were told to buy the separately (over the phone) to get 5 separate will call or confirmation #s so that you can link one for each person. We bought 5 separately and they linked up perfectly.
 
I got it all figured out. For some reason I had multiple accounts (with the same email tho....weird). I called and they fixed it. Now everything is in there. :)
