I was looking for a good pantry meal a few months back and made something that was "what do I have on hand" but turned into a pretty yummy meal that I've made a few times since :)

In a skillet I combined a can of Rotel with a small pat of butter (about 1 TB) and added some sour cream to that. (Cream cheese or even milk with a little flour to thicken would work well, too.) I let it cook for a bit until it was getting thick, I then added some cooked pasta and voila! It was super yummy and tasted like a pasta diablo that I've had at restaurants. I am single and so this made enough for a meal and quite a few leftovers but if you have more people, might need 2 cans of it.

If I have it, I add chopped meat into the pasta (chicken, turkey, beef, etc are all good).

I don't think the Rotel was on your list but it's a pretty inexpensive item; I buy the store brand and I think it's around $.50 a can.

Sounds like you have a pretty stocked pantry to choose from!

thought of another one-

take jarred pasta sauce and add water (red wine too if you have it) to create soup base. take sausage and mix in crushed cereal (substitute for breadcrumbs), egg, Italian seasoning. make very tiny 'meatballs'. cook meatballs and add to soup base. add some cooked pasta (or white rice), maybe throw in a can of green beans at the end. will be kind of like an Italian wedding soup (do up some regular bread with butter and garlic powder to complete the meal, or use bisquick and add garlic powder and cheese before baking).

never used progresso meal starter, but if it's like creamed soup you can use a Spanish rice type stove top recipe and substitute it for the salsa. I do this with indian simmer sauce and add whatever veggies we have on hand for an entrée.

How many people will you need to feed with this supply and how many meals will they be eating at home?

Okay.... I've read the list and I'll give you some ideas.

ALL of the meat should be made into casseroles, stews, soups, and/or stir-fries to make it really streeeeetch. The London Broil can be sliced up and made into fajitas (using your rice and the guacamole in the freezer). Add some onions and peppers .... and may be even serve this in those "weird taco bowls" that you have, instead of tortillas.... call it steak fajita bowls! Pork roast could be cooked whole in the crockpot and then shredded for pork sandwiches (although I find that uses a LOT of pork per person), diced up for fried rice, and even used like chicken in tacos, sandwiches, casseroles, etc.

How about homemade black bean burgers using the can of black beans, some rice, a bit of the corn and an egg (and some breadcrumbs if you have them). Serve on bread/toast.

You can do a TONS of things with Bisquick.... pancakes, biscuits, crepes, waffles, casseroles. You could use the chicken or one of the steak in some sort of Bisquick casserole or make chicken and corn crepes. YOu could even make a nice dessert using the canned fruit (assuming it is peaches) and maybe some of the frozen berries and biscuits.... like a shortcake or maybe even a crumble.

Or maybe a "Thanksgiving leftovers" kind of casserole.... make a filling with the corn, green beans, lots of cooked potatoes (to really fill it out), cooked chicken breaast and cream soup.... dump it into a casserole dish and top with a Bisquick batter. Sort of like a chicken pot pie.... serve with the cranberry sauce.

Obviously you have the makings for plenty of PB&J! How about making a bit "fancy" and doing PB&J french toast? Or PB & banana french toast?

We don't eat sausage or hot dogs here, so my ideas are limited, but an easy idea would be hot dog and baked beans (although I only see the black beans on your list) with Bisquick biscuits. How about turning some of the sausage into the meat basis for an Italian minestrone soup or Zuppa Toscana (like Olive Garden) type soup? You could "customize" it a bit to use up your corn (in lieu of the beans maybe??) and lots of pasta!

I've got a delicous tuna casserole recipe if you would like me to share it.... the only thing is that it calls for cheese and I didn't see any on your list. But I think you would have everything else.... cream soup, tuna, pasta, milk. Also could do a cold pasta salad topped with tuna and maybe some of the corn.

Pasta and sauce..... easy, right? Maybe put a bit of the Italian sauce with this??

I also have a fun "side salad" recipe that calls for ramen, if you are interested.

Obviously the frozen fruit can be made into smoothies, added to yogurt or cereal, put on top of pancakes or biscuits... and if you have baking supplies that you didn't mention, banana bread or banana muffins.... MMMM!

Breakfast bars would be snacks and desserts, along with the yogurt pretzels you mentioned, and maybe the canned fruit.

Unfamiliar with the Progress meal starter.... sorry.

I'll keep thinking about it, but honestly, I think you are going to be fine!.....P

Pork sausage bisquick and cheddar biscuits, there are several versions of it. We prefer the one that also uses a little milk. These are a great hearty breakfast. My boys love them!

Divide some of the meat, for example pork roast. Cut off 2 slices and you have pork chops. Plus still roast for another day.

London Broil is another good several meal type.

Do you have the app big oven? It has some great recipes. And you can search by ingredients.

Don't forget frittatas!

You seem well stocked to make thi work. Happy cooking!
