Panicking.....lodging realted

We are planning on staying at one of the properties that Judy and Harlan Olson rent out ( http://www.sleepnearthemouse.com/). I had mailed the paperwork and deposit weeks ago and I keep checking and they keep saying they haven't received it yet. Well...today it comes back undeliverable!!! It's the exact address that's on the forms.....why on earth would they not deliver it? Of course I emailed them right away but in the meantime I'm panicking. We aren't out any money because the check came back with the forms but at this point if we have to find a new rental I don't know what we'll do. We're arriving 7/19.

For anyone wondering (like you 108 people who have read this but not posted, lol) we are all set. Judy emailed me back almost immediately. Somehow we received paperwork with their prior address instead of their current info. We paid thru paypal and received all of the information regarding the house (alarm code/address, etc). Crisis averted!

So glad it worked out. We have stayed at one of their properties in the past, and they were wonderful to work with. The house was immaculate! Have a wonderful stay.
