They have tons of wonderful recipes... I've tested many myself. Don't need to use their flour if you cannot get it. Try to do most of your prep work the day or two before, like chopping, even the quich if your're making it. You'll just need to re-heat. I usually have fruit salad at my brunchs.. Just go with what's in season. A small spiral ham is a good meat choice, seems to go over big here. If you wanted to do bacon, cook in the oven it's faster, just keep an eye on it... burns quickly if you don't. Deligate some of the work to other friends coming to the brunch. We like bagels, have someone pick up a dozen or two.

The last brunch I had, we had stuffed french toast. Takes a while, but you can prepare ahead and warm in the oven. I used a pear compote and an apple compote to stuff... didn't like the cream cheese version. Egg mixture seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg (freshly grated nutmeg if you have it,) and a pinch of ground ginger. ( you can omit the ginger, but give it a try one of these days) can cook on stove as usual, when done, hold in the oven with others at a low temp to keep warm. It's good stuff. I taste everything when I cook, so I don't usually write down the measurements.

Another good one is crepes, you can make a week ahead and freeze. Will need to reheat, but they're good with just butter and some cinnamon sugar. Or you can use fresh whipped cream and frozen mixed berries if fresh ones are not available. Then your guests can make up their own. PM me and I'll get you a good crepe recipe.

Good luck and enjoy!
