Panera Bread

I had my first Panera bread sandwich the other day...YUM!

They make the absolute best bread, and even though I usually don't eat lots of Carbs, this was very much worth it.

Anyone else eat here and LOVE it!!

Let's put it this way---NC Beast use to go daily when we lived in town and when I was working at a mall that had one. We love the different breads to take home and the to-die for pastries.

We live too far away to go there that often.

I love Panera Bread!

When the one here in town first opened up, I had never heard of it before and asked about it here on the DIS! At the recommendation of someone here (sorry, can't remember who it was) I tried their Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with Hazelnut Cream Cheese! I'm hooked for life!

Sometimes if DH and I are out shopping, we'll stop in and split one. Other times we have lunch there. I like the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. I think it's much healthier than a greasy hamburger and french fries any day!

I LOVE Panera Bread!! I request to go there, when we're up near there. The closest one is 35-40 minutes away, near our mall, so we don't go often, but it is now a tradition on my birthday, and I've taken my Mom their 3 years in a row for Mother's Day. I would kill for a glass of their lemonade.....thanks for making me hungry for their chicken salad sandwhich and lemonade!!!!

I haven't eaten there in a long time but it is good. They are not located conveniently for me so I don't get to go very often.

I miss Panera Bread so much! I love those bread soup bowls and the soup! I ate there 2 days in a row right before we moved here! I hope we get one here, hmmmm.... I'll go check their website, send an email maybe?!

I love Panera Bread! First time we went to one was when my DD left for college. There was one by her campus. Now we have one about 20 minutes away from home. We go at least twice a month. Now I am hungry for something there!

I used to go, then stopped, but now that they have a carb conscious menu I have a few times again. Quite good.

It rules! I LOVE this shop.

As Blondie mentioned, they have a pick-two lunch special where you get choose two of either half a sandwich, a cup of soup, or a small salad. I almost always order a cup of French onion soup and a Greek salad. (Their Greek salad dressing is to-die-for!)

After eating lunch, I usually buy an Asiago cheese mini-baguette to bring home for dinner. (Sometimes between DS and me, it doesn't make it past the drive home, though.)

I also enjoy their coffees and teas very much. If I'm there at breakfast, I usually order the "Grande" breakfast, which is a bagel with flavored cream cheese and a grande coffee. I like an Asiago cheese bagel with vegetable cream cheese and their regular coffee.

Yum, yum, yum.

Their Portabello Mushroom and Mozzarella Panini sandwich is the BEST!! I also like the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. I don't know why, but I really dislike all of their soups. I tried a few and they just taste BLECH!! to me. Now that I'm trying to watch my weight, I am pretty much staying away from there. I looked to see how many Weight Watcher's points a sandwich was and one sandwich averages about 20 points which is MOST of my daily allowance.

Well, next time there is a DIS meet in the NJ/NY area, I vote to meet at Panera Bread!

I LOVE this place. I have one right down the street that I can walk to. When I am feeling sick I always crave their broccoli cheddar soup..yum. I always get the soup and sandwich combo. And when we need bread for dinner, I will run bu and pick up a loaf or baquette.

I love Panera Bread!! Their sandwiches are awesome, but I love their bagels - especially their Cinnamon Crunch! Grab one of those and a Cafe Mocha and I am rarin' to go!!!

Love Panera!

Their Asian Chicken Salad is one of my favorite meals anywhere. Sadly, they stopped selling the dressing.

I also love their ham sandwich and the veggie sandwich.

Great place for a healthy meal that doesn't hurt the wallet too much.
