Pandora vs. Chamilia Help!

I'm sorry if this has been done way too much, but I really am a novice about these bracelets. I was in Disney in April and saw a beautiful bracelet (I think it was Chamilia?), but didn't buy it. I will be there again in August and am thinking about buying one. I would like opinions on the two different brands of bracelets. I am a huge Disney fan and am thinking maybe one that I could buy Disney charms. Do they both have them? Any and all advice would be appreciate. Why do you like one over the other? What are the differences? Thank you all very much in advance.

Chamilia is the only one that has Disney charms however the charms will fit on eachother's bracelet so you can mix and match.

I have a Trollbead bracelet, and I have Trollbeads, Pandora beads and Chamilia beads on it.

Not sure what the name is however; Macy's just put one out. They also say that all the beads are compatable. I have a Chamilia and all Chamilia beads (they are all Disney beads).

Thank you all so much. I am thinking that the one I saw at the World of Disney must have been a Chamilia. I think it would be cool to have one with Disney beads. I'll have to go and look at them again next trip.

Yes, the bracelets/beads at World of Disney are Chamilia. They also have a better selection of beads at the jewelry shop on Main Street in MK.

They absolutely fit. I have two Chamilia Disney beads on my Pandora bracelet.

Yes, the bracelets/beads at World of Disney are Chamilia. They also have a better selection of beads at the jewelry shop on Main Street in MK.

I bought two Chamilia beads on my last trip to disney...one at DHS and one at the women's store in the Grand Floridian.

By starting this thread you answered my question. I knew there were Chamilia beads at Disney World but didn't know if there were bracelets too. Now I know, so thank you

I started with Chamilia because I wanted the Disney charms, but as others have said they are interchangeable with Pandora.

I have purchased the majority of my charms, including the Disney ones, at local jewelers and gift stores, but have also purchased some authentic Chamilia charms on ebay. I think one of my local stores has more Disney charms than they have at WDW. Sometimes local stores will have specials where you buy two or three charms and you get the bracelet free. Check out the Chamilia and Pandora websites to find stores near you that carry them.

I like the Chamilia glass charms better than Pandora's. I think there is more variety and they are prettier.

Be careful....they are addictive. I now have 2 bracelets and put my disney stuff on one and other charms on the other.

Thank you all again. I didn't know that you could buy Disney beads outside of WDW. I'll have to look into this. I've seen these bracelets on people and thought they looked so pretty. Never really knew about the difference between Pandora and Chamilia. Yes I can imagine it can be very additive!! It so great to be able to ask all you disers about something and get answers!! I knew there were experts on here!! I love the shop on Main Street, Uptown Jewelers, so I'll have to look there too! I think my problem will be trying to pick out the beads I want!! LOL!!
