Pandora ride does have drops.

If you fast forward to about 11:30 of this video I think it shows the amount of movement pretty well. It definitely has vertical movement, I would estimate maybe 3-5 feetish. Not really significant, but it doesn't just lean side to side and up and down, the movement is there. Some of the "drops" do seem rather sudden and quick which could create that sensation. I probably still wouldn't really call it dropping though in the sense of a typical drop.

Great footage. Jerkier and more small drops than I realized.

I loved FoP. My 8 y/o son absolutely hated it despite claiming to love STs. He doubled down on that assertion after a 2nd ride I’d hoped would change his mind . He hates any dropping sensation at all.
