Pandora Charms

I purchased a silver necklace yesterday and put my puzzle charm on it, and I absolutely love it! I still have my chamilia bracelet (persimmon) if I want to wear it also.

Did want to add also, that while at Disney I did see a big display with less expensive bracelets and disney charms (not the kids charm bracelets but pandora-type). I can't remember exactly where it was but can ask my daughter...I'm thinking maybe mouse gear.

I bought my wife her first bracelet and charms almost 5 years ago - WAY before they were ever popular! I had never even seen them, but we were getting ready to close on the home we would live in together after we got married - so with a small budget I wanted to get something to mark the occasion - but kept getting frustrated that I couldn't find something that seemed to fit the occasion.

But then I found a local family owned jewelry store - and went in and browsed around and the owner showed them to me! I was hooked! It was perfect!

So the first purchase was our initials - the I love you charm - our birth stones - and a tiny little house!

It fit my budget - and then went on to document out first year of married life - one charm at a time!

As a guy - Pandora is a DREAM! A tiny little gift - cheaper than flowers - lasting much longer - and far more expressive of life's milestones!

I bought her a sun bead - a palm tree - a wooden sand colored bead and a beautiful blue/green glass bead when we went to St. Maarten in December to mark such a beautiful vacation!

If there any other guys reading this thread - GO - buy your wife a Pandora Bracelet!!!! It's the most amazing gift! HAHA It makes shopping so easy!

I just got a pandora bracelet for for valentines day with 3 charms. I want to get a couple of disney charms. So if I am correct, the disney charms are chamilia, do I have to get them from disney.....luckily I am going Wednesday!

You can purchase them where ever they sell chamilla charms, not just at Disney.

I have a Pandora bracelet, a Chamilia one and a Trollbead one. My favorite is the Trollbead, followed by the Chamilia and then the Pandora.

I dont care for the little stops built into the Pandora bracelet.I also find them kind of snooty as a company, meaning they bully retailers into selling them exclusively and how they claim you void your warranty if you put other brands on a Pandora bracelet.

I think Chamilia and Trollbead have cuter charms too and they have a good selection of themed beads.

Many of those on your bracelet I have. Do you think the frosted white murano is larger? I notice it is on your Disney themed bracelet. I really like it but it is kind of awkward.

Do you have Day's Jewelers where you are? My mom was at one yesterday and they were doing a buy 3 get 1 free promo still. She said they didn't have much of a selection though.

Hmm, it does look larger in the pic, but I don't really notice it when it's on. The piece is clear glass on the outside and glittery in the core. So it doesn't look as big as it is.

My friend, who's not a Disney person, told me that bead was very "Disney". I guess it looks like pixie dust!

Its very pretty! How often do you wear it? When I made a virtual one online the cart came to $900+, and I've not had good luck keeping bracelets, do you worry about it breaking and disappearing? Maybe its heavy enough that you would for sure notice. I don't mean to be negative I'm still trying to talk myself into wearing mine LOL
