Pancakes make me happy

We are big fans of GG too - and the sangria there was surprisingly good too

Still wish the dessert came with ice cream instead of that whip cream ball that makes think it is ice cream but isn't

I love pancakes. However I have never been able to find anyone or any place that makes pancakes like my dad use to. He just used the basics but they were so good. He would make a big stack then cut a hole in the center and fill it with butter and syrup. Perfect.

I'm not a big breakfast person so haven't indulged at WDW.
Maybe once a year, esp on a cold or rainy Sat morning, I'll make banana pancakes at home. All kinds of recipes online & not hard to find. Just a bright, warm, tropical treat on a dreary Winter day.

Another vote for or GF Cafe here! I love their lunch the best though. The GF Cafe sandwich is magical!!!
