pancake thread...

My kids don't like the classic pancakes so we have ones made with buttermilk. I like a traditional pancake with sugar and lemon. I could eat a stack of those.

well, i bowed to the pressure and had bacon and cheese savoury pancakes and then american style sweet pancakes with maple syrup...

I had one with lemon and a little sugar and it was delish. Girls are now in bed and DH isn't in yet but I will make hime some when he comes in. The earlier in advance the batter is made the better

Didn't get round to my low-cal pancakes today as was at DS uni open day all day but have decided IF I have lost weight this week I'll make them at the weekend! Had such a bad sleep last night and busy day today that I'm too tired tonight to even think about getting the ingredients out of the cupboard!

Hope you all enjoyed yours, just reading about them makes my mouth water

DW - god bless her - decided that she didn't want to leave our dog Mason out this pancake day, so went to the trouble of making one for him.

It has peanut butter inside and a dog bone biscuit on top.

Needless to say he enjoyed it so much he came back asking for more - in his own unique way
