May 1st - delay in getting onto ship due to a good cleaning before everyone could board. No worries we are on vacation. Sad part for us is that Grandma and Grandpa had to cancel last minute because Grandma is in the hospital. She got the swine flu and was hospitalized on a respirator for 15 days straight! By the time all this happened we were about 20 days from sailing. Needless to say they could only get 25% of their money back which really stinks when we have been planning this trip for a year. The good news is she is improving but we are missing her and grandpa. Wish they could have gotten a full refund with all the crap they have been through.
Sail Away party was short and dinners pushed back because it was around 2 pm before anyone got on, but again all is good we are on a two week vacation. Disney gave every passenger a $25 onboard credit for the delay. Everyone in our family is super excited about that!
