I would think that dancing would burn a lot of calories. We had Aerosmith (love them!) playing the other day and DS and I started dancing. I was holding him and got tired fairly quickly. I put him down and we were still goofin off dancing and after a couple of songs, we were both ready to sit down! I wish I was good at dancing but didn't get that talent!

What a sweet guy! DH loves me the same no matter what too. I do this for myself because it makes me feel better about myself. In return, I'm happier, and when he sees me happy, it makes him happy.
Thanks Holly! I've been doing the same thing about food. There's things I want to eat but think that I have to put them down! I've never really kept a food journal and thanks to you, I'm doing it. (You were the one who suggested it, right!)
