My room is also 100% and since I need any changes for FE let's use me. Room 6080.

Thank you!!!! That will work great! I can even get together with you at dinner our first night. We could also post info there if that is good for you as well as send out text messages. I have a really neat thing I got at an office supply store to display certificates on metal cubicles/file cabinets that would work great (I'll be using one for door decorations) - we could post a schedule with locations and have a sheet in there people could pull out and add their cabin numbers. I can get one to you before we leave port if you would like to use it on your door.

I really wanted to do the mangrove tour but now it isn't listed as a tour for Cartagena. It was just there a few weeks ago! I'm really bummed about that. In was looking forward to that excursion the most.

We did a kayak through mangrove at St. Johns, Antigua on our New Year's RCL Cruise, pretty good time even when DW decides she is done with the paddling part.

All that works for me! Since both of us are leaving TX several days before the cruise, I will have to be creative since I will have a computer to check the boards and messages, but no printer!!! The certificate thing sounds interesting, don't think I have ever seen one.

Anyway, back to work on getting everything on the 1st page post.

We are staying at the Crowne Plaza Friday night. We did it before on our last cruise with Disney and it worked out great. We like to get to the hotel the night before and relax. The next morning the hotel has shuttles running to port starting at around 9am.

The meet and greet will not have a list to join perse, it is just for you to come to if you so choose.

The wine tasting does have a list right now which I am keeping up with, but CrusinLattas is in charge of the place and I hope making sure we have some glasses or whatever to taste with. Guess we need to talk Renee.

The FE exchange, I have put a deadline date of August 1 which is approximately 6 weeks before we sail. Right now it is a manageable group of cabins in the low 20's.

The postcard/recipe exchange I have a deadline date of August 14 which is a month before sailing.

If anyone has any other events they want on this list, please let me know what you want to keep up with. If you have a comment on the cutoff dates, let me know.

For my family our trip is 92 days from now!!! Since we will be in CA four days before the cruise.

Kathy, good call on the glasses! I will have a car in CA and can get cups before we sail. I'll also pack a cork screw in case we end up outside we would need both.

I was thinking of printing signs and leaving time and place blank to fill in once there - I will be without a printer as well. The kids and I will be in CA for a week - my DH flys in the day before we sail.
