Panama Canal Cruise Info

My family and I are going to be on the August 20th cruise back to Florida through the Pananma Canal. We are so excited and are eager to learn more about the cruise. Does anyone know what we can expect for the dining rotations? Will it be like the 7 day but repeated twice?? Two formal nights or????? Does anyone know if there are Navagators from the West-bound Panama canal cruise posted anywhere on the internet?? I'd love to hear more about what I can expect.
