Tonight I decided to make chocolate chip banana bread, I remembered that I had a pampered chef star shaped bread tube. So I figured i would use this in honor of teh 4Th. Well, I should have read the book and realized to cook it vertically, but I didnt and cooked it horizontally. It dripped all over the tube, I can not believe how easily it came off. The batter was really caked on. It really made my night. I wish all my pans were this easy to clean.
