Palos ?

Any recommendation for server requests at Palo? Two years ago I requested Zita after reading these boards and she was wonderful. Heading out on next week's Magic cruise.

We also had Andrew as our server and he was excellent.

Didn't know about his wife, but found out that he had previously worked on the QE2, as a butler.

we had 'Dailbar' (hopefully, i've spelled this correctly - if not, my apology) for dinner and brunch. HE WAS WONDERFUL!!!!! Very funny and made great recommendations.
