I know that this qustion has been asked to death but is it better to get reservations for Palo's for brunch or dinner and if I have this right you must wait untill you get on the ship to make these reservations, right?

I'd make reservations for both (I have only eaten there for dinner and must say it was fabulous -- others say it is just as good or better for brunch) and unless you have one of the Concierge suites (Cat. 1, 2 or 3), you must wait until you board to make your reservations. HTH

Dinner was great. Brunch was even better. On a 7-night cruise, get reservations for both if you possibly can.

By the way, the name of the place is Palo, not Palo's. It's named for the pole (Palo) that gondoliers use to navigate the canals of Venice. It's not a place owned by a guy named Palo (Palo's).

Make the reservations as soon as you board the ship. I thought brunch was even better than dinner, but I'd recommend doing both.

on the 7-day cruise, make reservations for
both, but we did enjoy the brunch more than
the dinner - although, the dinner was also
fantastic. Next time? we will only do the brunch -
kindof missed the dining rooms in the evening.

We did brunch, dinner and tea. Brunch was by far the best, although the tea was pretty decadent :)

Yes, you can't make the reservations until you are onboard.

I would definitely make ressies for both brunch and dinner. It is a whole different experience between the two. You will be pleasantly surprise and glad you did both.
