WE ARE ON WESTERN MAY 8 AND I AM WONDERING WHICH DAY IS BEST TO BOOK PALO FOR DINNER SO THAT WE DON'T MISS A GREAT DINNER MENU AT THE REGULAR RESTAURANTS. WE ALSO KNOW THE SERVERS PUT ON SHOWS SOME NIGHTS THAT WE WOULD NOT WANT TO MISS. WE HAVE LATE SEATING OR WE WOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN THE KIDS AND ATE AFTER AT PALO BUT IT IS TOO LATE. IF WE GET EARLY(WE ARE ON WAITLIST) THEN WE WILL DO THAT.ANY HELP?

If you're already booked for late seating, why not book an early Palo dinner and still go to your regular rotation dinner after Palo? (That's what DH and I are doing, because we still want to do each dining rotation w/DD.) Have coffee at your regular dining room instead of a meal.

Guner, we are doing the same - double dipping. We will probably only eat an appetizer and dessert at the regular rotation though. We did, however, book Palo's on a night with the least favorite menu (although it was hard to pick a "least favorite") - Around the World menu. A quesadilla and baked Alaska sound pretty good to top off the night - or we may just play it by ear after we leave Palo!

If you go to http://www.disneycruiser.info/palo.htm you'll see recent Western menus. Look at the menus and see which one is least appealing to you. From there you may be able to narrow down which rotation night you wouldn't mind missing.

We chose to have Brunch in Palo, so we didnt miss out on evening rotations. Far better than evening meal there, as you have NO VIEW over the ocean during dinner! It is DARK! The food is wonderful, and we were never rushed. Enjoy. Nat
