Do they have outdoor seating at Palo? Just thinking that after dinner, I might want to have a cigarette and enjoy some coffee.

No, all the seating is indoors.

windy indeed....we had a window seat. There was a large group in the back room and one of the men was in a wheelchair. They went out to "stroll" the deck between courses, and the wind actually blew the wheelchair across the deck. They were all laughing and having a great time playing!!!
