Palo tea and brunch schedule

I was wondering what times were available for tea and brunch. Earliest to latest. Thanks for any help.

Palo opens around 6:30 each evening..and serves, maybe until 10.

Brunch..depends on the day..may start at 10:30 or 11am.

Tea is just a couple hours on sea day afternoons..magic only..
around 3pm.
