Palo Restaurant Question

When we dined at Palo's , at the end of our meal the waiter brought us a drink that was slushy like and lemony tasting that soothed the stomach after a delicious meal . Can anyone tell me the name of this drink , what it consists of and how to make it. Thanks

2 oz Vodka
2 oz Cream
1 oz Cointreau Orange Liquer
1 scoop Lemon Italian Ice

put in blender,mix put in highball glass and enjoy.

Would this not have been a simple Lemon Sorbet just to clear the palette?

Here's the receipe that DCL emailed me...at home we make it without the egg white. It's so yummy!!

Scharpino Recipe

Ingredients for two servings:

One large scoop lemon sorbet (still frozen hard, not soft)
0.5oz Absolut vodka
0.25oz Lemoncello (or just less than)
2oz Prosecco sparkling wine
Dash of egg white

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender, adding the Prosecco at the end. Add
the Prosecco in slowly, as not to make the sparkling wine fizz too much.
Blend the ingredients together. Be sure to check the consistency. It
must be smooth and creamy. Only add ice if necessary. Serve in a champagne flute immediately. Add a splash of Prosecco on top as a floater.

I don't think it is really a drink but a "Palate cleaner" it had champagne and lemon juice and something else. We asked what it was and it was very good. Came in a small slim glass.
