No, the dinner rotation will not be on the paperwork you receive in the mail.
Should you purchase the REAS, you can find out what rotation you have and can change it.
What cruise are you going on (3, 4, or 7) and how many in your party?
Obviously, the less time on the ship, the greater your odds against getting the reservations you want using the ressie scramble.
The general rule of thumb about the rotations are (per page 95 of the current Passporter):
All adults - Lumiere's/Triton, Animators Palate, Parrot Cay...
With Young children - A,P,L/T
With older children - P, L/T, A
If you are doing a 3 day land, 4 day sea package, despite the fact that their brochure clearly says you can purchase the REAS, some posters including myself had trouble being 'allowed' to do so. I fought them and got it added. Some believe that the REAS is getting too popular and Disney is trying what they can to cut down on the advanced ressies. Despite being 28 days out from my cruise, and the cruise not being sold out, I was unable to get a Spa reservation for the day at sea (unless I wanted 8AM or 5PM).
Good luck!
